Job Description
Interact with HR customer in defining and finalizing the business requirements and functional design from technical perspective.Mediate between business and group IT team (HR Team/Product Owners/IPO/GHR Ops) in business process mapping to create SOPs, training content and knowledge articles.Perform gap analysis between the requirements and existing solutions such as SAP SF and other HR business applications (replicon, ECMS, SMS etc)Collaborate with GIT, IPO and Business HR teams to facilitate on time and on budget delivery keeping the project within the scope.Identify the proper change requests and versions of the scope of work for addendums.Involve in revisiting new development/enhancement to existing HR products and collaborate with GIT team to design solutions.Identify the proper change requests and versions of the scope of work for addendums.Involve in revisiting new development/enhancement to existing HR products and collaborate with GIT team to design solutions.

Primary Skill
sThe role requires Techno-Functional leadership, guidance in design and implementation, customization, enhancements and changes to meet evolving business requirements.Managing and resolving Data Rejections - GFS, GDH, Corp Directory, Data Cloud etc, Foundation table issues - Service Line/Community code update, Payroll interface errors.Secondary SkillExperience- 7 To 9 Years.Location: Kolkata/Mumbai/Pune/Noida/Chennai/Hyderabad.
